I really was surprised how the online class went. I think Illuminate worked really well. I wasn't sure how the level of interaction would seem with the online class, but overall it seemed really easy for people to comment, interact and discuss what was being discussed.

As for some of the assignments this week, I thought Voice Thread was interesting. I could see how it could be helpful for adding to a presentation, as well as helping students to focus and share their meta-cognition about work they do. It may be a great way to make their thinking visible.

I also plan on uploading one of my psychology presentations and talking thought it using Voice Thread for when a sub comes....or a as a prank to get my kids engaged....we'll see.

I actually read "Made to Stick" a few years ago, so it was interesting to revisit some of the concepts. ...I can't find my copy though :/
